Rep. Haas Honors Brickstone Brewery for March Local Business Spotlight (Bourbonnais, IL) — For her March 2024 local business spotlight, State Representative Jackie Haas (R-Kankakee) recognizes Brickstone Brewery in Bourbonnais. Rep. Haas spent time touring the business and presented the owners with a certificate of appreciation for their contributions to the community.

Brickstone Brewery was founded in 2006 by the Vasilakis and Giannakopoulos Family because they wanted to bring something new to the community. Brickstone includes a brewery and a brewpub that serves food and their locally-made beer products.
Rep. Haas concluded, “I also want to recognize that Brickstone Brewery is not only locally owned, but it is also a multi-generational, family-owned business. This family dynamic extends beyond the staff as customers often remark on how they feel like family when visiting Brickstone.
