Prairie State College to Host Open House on Saturday, April 22 (Chicago Heights, IL) — Prairie State College (PSC) will host an Open House for those looking to begin or continue on the path to earning a college degree, start or change careers or learn about all the programs and services available at PSC.

Open House will be held from 10 a.m. to noon, Saturday, April 22, on the College’s Main Campus Building at 202 S. Halsted St. in Chicago Heights.

Attendees will get the opportunity to speak with faculty and staff, learn about the admissions process and programs, including our new degree and certificate options, take lab tours, hear from various departments, and receive PSC giveaways.

Some of the Highlights of the upcoming Open House at PSC are below:

Surgical Technology:

Meet surgical technology faculty and tour the lab and what it is like to be in an operating room using virtual reality.

Music Production:

Learn about the music production program and how to make beats in the music lab using Logic Pro X music software.

Child Development:

Meet faculty, participate in an early childhood classroom activity, and learn about the ECACE scholarship.

Nursing:

View our newly renovated lab, and meet students and faculty.

Other programs: Learn about some of our CTE and transfer programs from our faculty members. Stop by department tables for information and giveaways.

Admission is free. RSVP is requested but not required at HERE.
