Rep. Haas Honors Hoppy Pig for May Local Business Spotlight (Bradley, IL) — For her May 2024 local business spotlight, State Representative Jackie Haas (R-Kankakee) recognizes Hoppy Pig in Bradley. Rep. Haas spent time touring the business and presented the owners with a certificate of appreciation for their contributions to the community.

Hoppy Pig is a family-owned business founded in 2015 by Tom and Karen Spellman. Both Tom and Karen remain active in the daily operation of the business. In recent years, Hoppy Pig has grown to provide banquet and catering services, on top of their well-known dine-in food and beverage offerings.
