PUBLIC NOTICE: Digital Signage at Prairie State College (Chicago Heights, IL) — Prairie State College is seeking proposals for an external electronic message center (digital signage) to be located near Halsted Street and Vollmer Road. The proposal should include all aspects necessary to yield a fully functional electronic message center – structural, electrical, digital sign, etc.

All costs and fees must be clearly described in each proposal. Contractor will provide pricing and specifications for digital signage that will be used outside, resulting in the digital sign being exposed to weather and temperatures typical of the Chicago Heights, IL area. No used, demo,
refurbished or remanufactured products will be accepted. All proposals must include proposed costs to complete the tasks described in the project scope.

PSC is a member of the E&I Consortium and may require that the EMC be purchased through this source.

MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING: A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will take place on February 15, 2024 at 11:00 AM in the Main Building, Board Room #2274. Enter at Door M5. Attendees will drive separately to the proposed digital sign location.

Proposals can be submitted by email, mail or hand delivery. Faxes will not be accepted.

Bids received after the date and time specified shall be considered late and shall not be opened.
