Male Success Initiative to Host Annual Networking Event ‘Ties that Bind’ (Chicago Heights, IL) — The Male Success Initiative (MSI) program at Prairie State College (PSC) will host its annual “Ties That Bind” event on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, from 6 to 8 p.m., in the Atrium on the Main Campus at 202 S. Halsted St. in Chicago Heights. This free event is open to the public and aims to support males in the community who are interested in pursuing a college education.

Participants will have the opportunity to sharpen their networking skills and learn how to build professional relationships. Mentors will provide students with career advice, attire tips, interviewing techniques, and insights on college success.

“Our goal is to inspire these young men to reach their full potential,” said William Berkley, MSI coordinator. “Through mentorship and guidance, we hope to help increase their confidence and provide them with the tools necessary to be successful.”
