The Bulls most recently had a heart-wrenching loss to OKC on Friday evening, losing a 16-point lead with less than 5 minutes left in that game. Aggressive Shooting and Teamwork For the Win
The Bulls beat out the Mavs in the first quarter with 27 points to the Mavs’ 23. However, in the second quarter, the Bulls scored an outstanding 40 points. The Bulls went into halftime leading 67-52. Lavine was held off in the first half, not scoring a single basket, but was still key, scoring 10 points in the second half. He also had 3 steals. Carter Jr. recorded 5 steals, a career-high. Porter Jr. had 14 points and 9 rebounds. Markkanen had a big double-double (29 points, 10 rebounds). Young did well as well, with 15 points, 3 rebounds, and 3 assists. Temple put up 21. The Bulls finished with a total of 32 assists. The final score was 117 – 101.
