DONTA BAKER illegally possessed the gun on the evening of July 24, 2020, in the 2100 block of West 68th Street in Chicago’s West Englewood neighborhood.
According to a criminal complaint filed in U.S. District Court in Chicago, the Zayeds used their store – Crestwood Electronics Inc. in Crestwood, Ill. – and other businesses to knowingly purchase stolen electronic devices and other merchandise, re-package the items, and then ship them to re-sellers out of state and overseas.
An indictment returned in 2017 and unsealed today in U.S. District Court in Chicago charges HEATHER L. MACK, 26, and TOMMY E. SCHAEFER, 28, of Chicago, with conspiracy to commit murder and obstruction of justice.
LEVAUGHN COLLINS obtained bulk quantities of heroin and provided it to numerous associates, who, at Collins’s direction, processed and packaged the drugs for street-level sales.
