Former Chicago Housing Authority Contractor Sentenced; Bribed Applicants Seeking Housing Assistance (Cook County, IL) - Attorney General Kwame Raoul announced a Cook County man was sentenced to 180 days in jail with three years of probation and ordered to pay $8,400 in fines for soliciting bribes from applicants to the Chicago Housing Authority’s (CHA) Housing Choice Voucher Program.
