State Rep. Adam Niemerg: President Trump offers vision of hope for the nation (Dieterich, IL) – State Representative Adam Niemerg (R-Dieterich) says the vision President Donald Trump outlined in his inaugural address is one of hope and optimism and is one all Americans should support.
“We have seen what happens when our leaders put the needs of regular Americans last,” Niemerg said. “The job of the President of the United States is to be the leader of this country. Joe Biden deliberately allowed millions of illegal immigrants to come into this country and while citizens were struggling to make ends meet, people who are not even citizens were getting all kinds of government benefits. It is time we put the needs of American citizens first and that is exactly what President Trump will do.”
Niemerg is also calling on Governor Pritzker and the leaders of the Illinois House and Senate to spend more time focusing on the needs of Illinois citizens and less time on trying thwart the Trump Administration.
“The bravado coming from the leaders of our state is a bit rich considering all of the self-induced problems facing our state,” Niemerg said. “Illinois is completely mismanaged. From the massive pension debt to skyrocketing property taxes, it is no wonder we continue to see a mass exodus out of our state. Our leaders in Illinois need to stop worrying about who occupies the Whitehouse and focus on solving the problems they created right here in the Land of Lincoln.”
