Sheriff Dart Seeks the Public’s Help to Locate Missing Woman (Cook County, IL) — Cook County Sheriff Thomas J. Dart is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing woman from unincorporated Leyden Township.

Paula Gibbs, 64, was last seen on April 13 driving away from a motel in the 2500 block of Mannheim Road in unincorporated Leyden Township in her maroon, 2011
Toyota Highlander with Illinois license plate DS43090. The vehicle has a broken headlight on the passenger side.

Gibbs is described approximately 5’4” tall and approximately 200 pounds. She has brown eyes and gray hair and was last seen wearing a sweat suit and a black zip–up jacket.

Gibbs is hearing impaired and uses sign language to communicate.

Anyone with information about Gibbs’ whereabouts is asked to call 911, the Cook County Sheriff’s Police at 708–865–4896, or the Cook County Sheriff’s Office non–emergency number at 847–635–1188.
