Statement of Republican Governor Candidate Gary Rabine on Job Creators Network Appeal to United States Supreme Court of Lower Courts Ruling Allowing Biden Administration’s Job-Killing Employer Vaccine Mandate (Woodstock, IL) — While most families are preparing to celebrate the Holidays with their loved ones, the Biden Administration is looking to take their jobs as team Biden lawyers convinced the 6th circuit late on Friday to lift a stop on the Biden Administration’s job-killing employer vaccine mandate.
Gary Rabine, a candidate for Illinois Governor, and founding board member of Job Creators Network, is a named party to the lawsuit along with JCN which has fought Biden’s illegal mandate from the beginning. Rabine is issuing the following statement on the ongoing legal challenges to the Biden Administration’s vaccine mandate on employers.
“Merry Christmas from the Biden Administration. FYI – you will lose your job unless you comply with Biden’s vaccine mandates.
I and the Job Creators Network wholeheartedly disagree with the Court’s ruling. We are prepared to continue the fight and within 45 minutes of the Order we appealed to the United States Supreme Court. This unconstitutional mandate adds an incredible burden on small business owners who are still suffering negative effects of the pandemic. This mandate will make it even harder for small business owners to find and keep employees and cause tens of thousands of hardworking Americans to lose their jobs. The 6th Circuit irresponsibly upheld an illegal rule and expects employers to somehow comply with a complicated regulation in a period of two weeks, including the holidays. The Supreme Court must act to save businesses and employees from this government overreach.”
