Illinois House Black Caucus Chair Kam Buckner and 34th Ward Committeeperson Preston Brown Endorse Jaylin D. McClinton in the Race for Cook County Board 5th District (Chicago, Illinois) (Roseland) – Jaylin D. McClinton (he/him/él) announced today that Illinois House Black Caucus Chair Kam Buckner, MWRD Commissioner & Former Obama Great Lakes Czar Cam Davis, and 34th Ward Committeeperson Preston Brown are endorsing his campaign in the race for Cook County Commissioner, 5th District.
