Fatal Shooting at Glenwood Liquor Store Leaves One Dead, Suspect in Custody (Glenwood, IL) — A tragic incident at Emporium Liquors in Glenwood, IL resulted in the death of one man and the arrest of another, according to local authorities. The shooting occurred around 6:30 PM this evening at the liquor store located at 339 E. Glenwood Lansing Road.

The victim, identified as an employee of the establishment, was fatally wounded during an altercation with the suspect. While details remain unclear, the Glenwood Police Department has indicated that the confrontation between the employee and the alleged perpetrator led to the shooting.
