Edward Jones Ranks No. 2 on Best Employers in Illinois 2022 List (Homewood, IL) — The financial services firm Edward Jones was named the No. 2 large company on the Best Employers in Illinois 2022 ranking, according to Patrick Zamkin, a financial advisor in Homewood, IL.
The Business Ledger teamed up with the Best Companies Group of Harrisburg, Pa., to rank the state’s top 80 employers. Companies named Best Employers in Illinois for 2022 were divided into 15 large companies, 19 medium and 46 small companies by the number of people they employ in Illinois.
The ranking was based on an employer inventory of practices and an anonymous survey of employees, who were asked to agree or disagree with dozens of statements about the firm, teamwork and their individual experience at the firm.
