Crisis Center Classic Golf Outing Returns to Prestwick (Frankfort, IL) — Early Bird pricing has opened for the second annual Crisis Center Classic Golf Outing at Prestwick Country Club in Frankfort, being held on May 22, which features a beautiful day of golf, lunch and dinner in the clubhouse, a silent auction, unique golfing opportunities, and a split-the-pot raffle. Through Friday, March 31, supporters can go online at to buy Early Bird golf tickets for individuals and foursomes. On April 1st, the price for golf will increase, so now is a great time to grab your spot.

Current Crisis Center Board President, Jennifer Kanacki, and her husband Jeff Kanacki, are chairing this fundraiser and are tireless advocates for the organization’s mission. “The Crisis Center receives state and federal funding, but we still need to raise over a million dollars a year in order to keep services and programs free-of-charge to survivors,” Kanacki said, “Jeff and I want to make sure that there are no obstacles in the way of survivors being free from violence and reaching for their dreams.”

The Crisis Center has impacted the lives of more than 70,000 people since it was founded over 43 years ago. “The funds from this golf outing are especially important this year as we have expanded our emergency shelter and now serve 40% more survivors in the Chicago Southland,” said special events and engagement manager, Lisa Molloy.
