Bally’s Chicago Casino Expands VIP Offerings with New Lounge, Player Services and High Limit Slots (Chicago, IL) – Bally’s Chicago Casino unveiled a new VIP Lounge at a ribbon-cutting ceremony Monday at the Medinah Temple. The VIP lounge offers eligible guests a quiet respite from the gaming floor, complete with complimentary food and non-alcoholic beverages, comfortable seating and televisions showing popular sports and entertainment programming.

“As an exclusive benefit for VIP Bally Rewards members, the Bally’s Chicago VIP Lounge offers a relaxing space away from the gaming floor to socialize and enjoy complimentary food and non-alcoholic drinks,” said Mark Wong, Vice President and General Manager. “Combined with our new high limit slots and VIP Player Services window, all located conveniently on the third floor, our highly tailored VIP experience makes for an exceptional time at Bally’s Chicago Casino.”

The VIP Lounge, located on the third level, is open daily for VIP Bally Rewards members based on criteria. Guests are welcome to enjoy artisanal light bites, contemporary comfort foods and beverages. The space features seating for 30 people at tables seating two to six people each, with four TVs showing a variety of sports and entertainment programming.

In conjunction with the new VIP Lounge, Bally’s Chicago has also opened a VIP Player Services window on the same floor. Open Fridays and Saturdays, the window will offer Player’s Club and cashier transactions for Legend and Superstar Bally’s Rewards Members. All guests are welcome to try their hand at the new high-limit slot machines, which include popular titles like Dollar Storm, Dragon Cash and a variety of Lightning Cash titles. As a new amenity, complimentary Valet Services are also available for VIP Bally Rewards Members.

With demolition at the former Tribune Freedom Center site starting soon, Bally’s Chicago looks forward to further enhancing the experience for all guests at the permanent casino, slated to open Fall 2026.
